Learning Resource Centre is open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm on weekdays.
Students are allowed to borrow three books for two weeks. The extension is possible for a further period of two weeks. Renewals can be done via the librarian’s e-mail, in person or by telephone. Lecturers may borrow six books for one month and Visiting lecturers’ three books for three weeks.

Books:
There are about 14010 books available at a fully automated library system (Koha open source library software). The collection is divided into three sections.

Periodicals
The learning resource centre has a large collection of periodicals
CD and Audio
CDs or Audio cassettes that come with printed books are stored separately.
Video Films & Video cassettes
There are about 238 Video films, 128 Videocassettes, 142 DVDs.
VIDEO TELL (Navigation, Marine Engineering & Marine Electrical Engineering)
Newspapers
Daily News, Daily Mirror, Sunday Observer and Sunday Times are available in the reading section of the library.
Dissertation Collection
There are about 187 Dissertations in (management Field / Engineering Technology & Civil Engineering) Field

Past Examination Papers
Past examination papers are located at the periodicals section. These can be borrowed for photocopying only.
